The Talos Group ("we," "us," or "our") operates thetalosgroup.ai. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding your data.
When you use our website chat feature, we may collect your email address and the content of your conversation. This happens only when you voluntarily provide it during a chat session.
We do not collect any information automatically beyond standard web server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited), which are retained for a maximum of 30 days.
We use your email address solely to follow up on the conversation you initiated. We do not sell, rent, or share your email address with third parties for marketing purposes.
Chat conversations are used only to provide context for David Wilke's follow-up response.
Our chat feature is powered by Claude, an AI assistant made by Anthropic. When you chat with our assistant, your messages are processed by Anthropic's API. Anthropic's own privacy policy governs that processing. You can review it at anthropic.com/privacy.
Email addresses and chat summaries collected through the chat widget are stored in our Netlify Forms dashboard and retained for no longer than 12 months, or until you request deletion.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal data we hold about you at any time by emailing david@dcwilke.com. We will respond within 30 days.
This website does not use tracking cookies or third-party analytics cookies. We do not run advertising.
We may update this policy occasionally. The "last updated" date at the top will reflect any changes. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
